Here is `Spring Morning`waiting to be quilted. Just need to sew on the buttons for the flower centres.

Christmas Sewing Project

Here is the Christmas wallhanging I made for this year. It is a Mount Redoubt pattern called `Midnight Runner `` It was fun to make. I used gold metallic thread and lots of different stitches and filled in the background with stippling.

Christmas is almost here!! Being in the greeting card industry, this is, of course, the busiest time for me at work. I will be glad when next week is over. I will have the following week off and hopefully will get a quilt basted together so to begin the handquilting. I am not sure which one I will start next. The log cabin is one choice although it is a newer top. The " Spring Garden " that I am finishing up on now should probably be the next to be .It turned out really nice. I love the colours I chose. The jewel tones are very pretty. I will post a pic soon as I sew the buttons on.
